Brad Faulk helped my wife and I purchase our first home. Being a first time home buyer he was always there to answer questions. Brad was extremely fast at replying to emails and sending us information about homes. When we wanted to see a house he was quick to contact the seller and was always available to walk it with us. He worked around our schedule and checked in with us through the process. We highly recommended him!

We had a very good condo but also a unique one in the sense that there is a connection/benefit to a resort. So these condos are hard to find comps and sometimes difficult to find the right buyers. Brad was excellent in promoting and filtering our listing. Additionally, he helped navigate a switch to a backup offer when or primary buyer did not meet the closing date and terms. Brad is easy to work with and knowledgeable about the market and the process.
