In my live time I've bought and sold over a dozen homes, and dealt with a lot of realtors. Daphne knows her stuff. She understands the market and more importantly how to sell a home. Daphnes advice and help in the prep of our home, and in her approach to marketing resulted in 4 offers, all over asking price on the first day of listing. Daphne is a very down to earth realtor with so much experience in real estate. I can say this experience of buying a home can be stressful to most, but Daphne always took care of every question we had along the way with quick response times. She was very professional negotiating and submitting offers, while educating us along the way. Would definitely recommend.
