I have closed on my property last week; it was a long journey. I had my home for sale since late June of 2019. I was one of these owners that tried to sale home by myself. This has been a very difficult time dealing with COVID-19 changes that affected our mortgage loan and the construction of the house. Katerina is amazing. She helped us to buy our first home. She is very knowledgable and she guided us in every step with detailed information. Buying a house is not easy anywhere.
