Bob Kenney is our realtor for listing (in Rollingwood $1.2M+ sale in May 2018), he's with Reilly Realtors (Update: Reilly now merged into Realty Austin). Really great job. He hosted many open houses, got a yard guy and landscaper out at his expense to spruce up the yard and went way beyond what normal realtors do to market the property.
