His professionalism and negotiating skills were unmatched. He is diligent and available. He works hard to accomplish your goals. He set price higher than I anticipated and got four offers in the first four days two of which were higher than the asking price. He gave reminders to fill documentation and negotiated the buyer paying part of our expected closing costs.

Jackie was awesome! She helped me find both a house in the area that I wanted to be in and in the range I wanted to be in. Being an Escrow Officer for a title company in a very competitive market makes it difficult in choosing a real estate agent when buying/selling a home. Kristina was there for me from search to close. She was great at getting back to me quickly with details and getting showings scheduled. She stayed on top of communications with the seller even when they hadn't finished what they promised. She helped me get what was promised and even personally guaranteed that she'd cover it if the seller didn't deliver. We managed to close within a few hours of our planned closing time, and I got to move into my condo on closing day!
