Kristina was knowledgeable about the process which was helpful as a first time home buyer. She was straightforward and transparent and gave me several good ideas for how I could “house hack.” Within a week of buying my home I was already making money from renting out a room. It was a pleasure working with Amber. She gave us several options based on our criteria and accompanied us to see them in person. She is honest and will point out things that may be concerning (i.e.-an unlevel floor). She was extremely helpful during the walkthrough and helped us tag items that needed to be perfected. Jenny is the best agent I've ever worked with (I've owned 6 homes). She was helpful, empathetic, professional, and worked hard to make sure my home sold quickly. Because of her high standards, the photos and staging of my home made the house sell to the first folks that looked at my home.
