Sarah helped me find a house in an extremely hard-to-find area of Austin that checked off all the boxes for me. I'm lucky to have had someone like Sarah to go above and beyond in making sure I got to turn over every rock before finding the perfect place. She's super patient, knowledgeable and a very hard worker. She even helped make sure the actual whole buying process went as smooth as possible. Can't recommend her enough.

Krissy was phenomenal work with! She went above and beyond to help us purchase a condo from 1800 miles away. She was able to get our son into see a property the day before it went on the market as he was only in town for 2 days and was helping us look. We put in an offer the same day! THE BEST REALTOR hands down is Michele Gutierrez! My husband and I decided to move our family from WI to TX, and met Michele through my brother in law. She took the time to get to know us and our wants/needs. Even though we were across the country, Michele was amazing! She went above and beyond to find us our dream home. She is incredibly knowledgeable and a great negotiator. She has become way more than a realtor, she's become our friend. If you need a realtor, you need to get Michele!
Sarah is awesome, she helped me sell my first house and find a perfect second house in only 48 hours. Sarah didn't give up until she found me the right home. She is very patient and easy to work with. I wouldn't want to go through this process with anyone else but her!
