Daphne is a top notch agent. She remained engaged with us through out the entire home-buying process and got us everything that we wanted and more in a new home for a price below what we had originally expected. As people from out of town, she took us all around the city/suburbs so that we could be sure that we were buying the right house in a great neighborhood. We would not be in the house we are in if it were not for Natasha, hands down. We had a lot of hoops to jump through to make it work and she was able to navigate the scenario like a boss! We worked with Natasha a while back now on the purchase of a new construction home. She negotiated us a better deal and is very familiar with financing docs through prior experience as well, so she caught errors that could have cost us a lot of money. I had the pleasure of working with Natasha 5 years ago when I purchased my first home. Being my first home, I had a lot to learn in about the process.
