Excellent realtor! My wife is very picky and knows exactly what she wants. Mr. Ronca did a great job of finding houses she liked, visiting them with her, and helping her through the process. (I was also involved, somehow.) All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we have worked with other realtors before. Mr. Ronca was undoubtedly the best. Would highly recommend!
