Working with Michelle Gutierrez exceeded my expectations. Ms. Gutierrez is incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with us to determine what would be a good fit for us and willing to meet us late in the evening to meet our work schedule. As a first time home buyers, we were not familiar with the terminology or the best process to put together the offer letter. She was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved our stress level. We highly recommend Michele Gutierrez

Daphne was great to work with. She was able to quickly show me properties in the location and price range I was interested in. She always had all the homes I was interested ready for viewing. Whenever I was ready to make an offer on a home, Daphne was always prompt in preparing the paperwork. Michele was great! She handled both the sale of my old house and the purchase of the new one and the entire process went through without a hitch. She made sure I was kept up to date on the progress throughout the entire process and answered any questions or concerns I had in an very timely manner. She was able to get my old house sold within just a few weeks for even more than I was expecting. I couldn't have asked for more.

I recently purchased a home in East Austin with Krissy as my realtor. She did a stellar job, accompanying me on multiple outings, fielding a billion questions -- including at times on nights and weekends. Buying a home is complicated and she made everything from the first searches to the visits to the negotiation and closing easier. Highly recommended.
