Brad was awesome. We were purchasing remotely, and he was extremely prompt with any questions and concerns. He made the process as smooth as possible while consistently keeping us informed. Brad went out of his way to accommodate the narrow windows we had when we were in town, and to welcome us to Austin when we arrived permanently. His knowledge of the area was very helpful, and eased the process of buying somewhere unfamiliar.

Angie was so wonderful to work with. We have used her to help find us three homes now and this is the first time we have sold a home. She made the entire experience easy to understand and pain free. Daphne is an incredible hardworking individual who really gave it her all while helping my wife and I find our first home. If you can't already tell by the decal on her car, she is very passionate about her work. She definitely took the time to get to know us and through house shopping she quickly picked up on our likes, dislikes, and wants for a home. Ms. Chen is really enthusiastic. Last time the heater of our appartment is broken, but my mother does not know English. Ms. Chen FaceTime with the plumber, translate to my mother and then translate back to him. It takes time to do that but she is always patient. Thanks her so much!
