Tim is the best real estate agent I have ever used. He is smart, friendly and very helpful! He goes the extra mile when researching properties, understanding your needs, and coordinating other services as needed
I’d highly recommend David Davis. He did an wonderful job helping me find and purchase my new home. He knew the neighborhoods well, was an excellent communicator, and was a hard negotiator when it came to time to set an offering price for the house; recommended a thorough inspector who could also check for foundation settling; gave me solid recommendations for follow-up inspections, and negotiated hard again for consideration, and worked hard with me, the seller’s agent and the escrow company to ensure a smooth closing.

I couldn't be happier with my home buying experience working with Tim! As someone who has had poor experiences with realtors in the past, it was great to work with someone who just gets it. Tim knew the area very well, didn't waste my time with properties that didn't meet my requirements, and I always felt he was my advocate until the very end. I'm happy to refer him to friends, and he'll be the first guy I call if I ever need to buy/sell again.
