Damon was a fabulous realtor who helped us find the perfect house when we moved to Austin from Nashville. My husband moved to Austin first, while I stayed behind to sell our house in Nashville. Damon was great about my frequent phone calls and ongoing questions since I was making decisions from afar. He was very patient with us and is a great listener and truly helped us find a beautiful house in the part of town that was in our price range and still close to everything. We will definitely use him again in the future.

I’ve had many agents and Damon is exceptional. He was always available for questions, advice, and even attended the close with me. I have NEVER had an agent attend closing with me to go through the papaerwork etc. Damon is well versed in all financial aspects needed to purchase a property. He is also networked with any and all help/ contractors you may need for your financing, remodeling, renting, etc. of your new or existing property. BEST REALTOR EVER!!! My husband's job relocated from Madison, WI to Austin, TX. We visited several times before we moved and we worked with Holly Matula for over a year. She responded immediately with the 1,000-2,000 questions we had. We are from Hawaii. We have essentially no experience with Austin. may daughter will be relocating to Austin this fall to pursue her graduate studies. She is expected to be in Austin for 4 to 5 years and given the high rents near the university, we have decided to purchase an apartment. I highly recommend David Davis with Reilly Realtors! He was fun to work with, listened to what we were looking for in a house and helped us search for it. We knew what we wanted in our home, and we were open to many different areas surrounding Austin as long as the house fit our needs.
