Kathrin is a great agent, she is always avaliable. In fact she was even avaliable during her vacation! That's dedication. I wouldn't recommend anyone else if your looking for a house or rental property.

Kathrin was great. Always returned calls and emails immediately. Was very flexible in her schedule to show me homes that came on the market as well. She really knew the area I was looking to live in.

I would recommend her to anyone! Kathrin is very professional and on top of her game. If I were to ever sell my home, the first person I would call and recommend Is Kathrin Rogers. I didn't have to worry about anything because she handled everything!

To work with Kathrin Rogers has been an excellent experience, she has extreme knowledge in every form and function regarding Real Estate. I am considering moving out of my home and to possibly into a Condo possibly in the Dana Point area. Kathrin showed me a few homes and within a week she found a home for us to rent. My wife loved the home and it fit our needs, especially for my 1 year old son, an enclosed backyard. After a year at this home, I am once again seeking Kathrin's expertise in a home, this time to buy. She has already submitted many excellent choices. We were first time home buyers and posed quite a challenge as expected. Kathrin was patient and understanding and always had an answer for our numerous questions.
