We were first time home buyers and posed quite a challenge as expected. Kathrin was patient and understanding and always had an answer for our numerous questions. More importantly she was honest with us and did not push us into any property purchases for her own benefit. Ultimately, we ended up with the perfect house and we live happily ever after.

Since this was our first time buying a house we had a lot of questions and Kathrin was always available to explain the process. She went out of her way to make us feel like we were in control and gave us good negotiating advice that got us a great price on our condo. We always felt we could trust her ? something we didn?t feel about other real estate agents.
