Adam was great! He explained what he was doing on my computer along the way. My husband and I really appreciate that they donate a portion of their profit to charity. I will definately be referring my friends the Reality Bytes.
This was my first experience with Adam and it will NOT be my last! My son's computer had multiple problems. We thought his fans were out. Adam dug into it and found something lodged in it. Additionally, it was full sand & dirt which Adam was able to remove successfully. It had also become impossible to turn the computer on. Adam found a workaround which saved us LOTS of money!
