I bought a new to me used road bike and took it Reality Bikes for a proper fitting. Todd got the bike fitted, identified an issue I had with pedaling due to an injury and how to help remedy it, and coached me on my riding position which needed a little tweaking. Todd was professional, efficient and made incremental adjustments until we got everything just right. And you'll find that the shop dog is a great greeter and supervisor as well. I am brand new at riding. I am borrowing a friend's bike. I just had my fitting, and Todd was super helpful. He taught me a lot, and listened to my concerns and walked me through everything. Great customer service--and they don't shun the newbies! Bonus!

Had a much needed bike fit on both my road bike and TT bike at Reality Bikes in Cumming GA. Can’t say enough about Todd Muller. He knows his stuff. Todd uses retul for his bike fitting assessment. After a full assessment he started making small adjustments followed by more assessment and more minor adjustments. I recently got my second Pinarello from Reality Bikes and all I can say is that working with Todd and his staff had been an absolute pleasure. These are the best fitting bikes I have ever owned. Their prices are extremely competitive and they will go out of their way to make you happy.

Hands down the best bike shop in the area! I'm a triathlete at the University of Alabama and anytime my bike needs an adjustment, repair, or upgrade, I will always make the drive home to take my bike to RB instead of the bike shops in Tuscaloosa. Todd and the rest of the RB staff are extremely knowledgeable, and they always make sure the cost of bike maintenance or fits is very reasonable. I had some of my bike gear, including my nice Kask helmet, stolen out of my friend's car parked in East Atlanta Village, after doing the Grant Park Criterium last weekend. Todd and the crew at Reality Bikes were able to hook me up with a great deal on a new Kask Mojito helmet. The staff at Reality Bikes are knowledgeable, friendly, and have a passion for riding bikes.
