I recently took delivery of a new Pinarello Dogma F8 from Todd and his team and wanted to recognize the outstanding job that they did for me. Todd was very thorough and made sure that I got the right equipment on the bike for the events that I ride and kept me from making costly mistakes. My wife and I made our first visit late yesterday. We don't know a lot about bikes and needed a seat for her comfort bike and we both needed helmets. We had no idea what a busy day it had been at the store when we arrived. Franklin asked me if I could use some assistance and from there he and some of the mechanics treated us like we were hard-core bike enthusiasts and loyal customers.
