I just wanted to thank Todd at Reality Bikes for working on my bike right away today. Not only did Todd take care of my derailleur and shift cable that was hit while pulling my boat out of my garage ( whoops), he also noticed that I had a warped brake rotor and adjusted my brake as best as possible. Thanks for the top-notch service, I will be returning for any other biking needs in the future.
I recently had a fit done by Todd at Reality. My experience during the fit was excellent. Todd's knowledge and passion for bike fitting are clearly evident through his meticulous process and experience on the bike as well as his education and background in human/exercise physiology.
