I have been riding bikes for years and have been to so many bike shops. I have bought 4 bikes from Reality Bikes and all I can say is they are the best. They have top quality bikes and the staff are knowledgeable and eager to make you happy and comfortable. I am a road cyclist, however, I wanted a comfort bike to cruise the greenway with my wife. Locally owned and operated family bike shop. Todd was very helpful in choosing the right bikes for my wife and I. Showroom is comfortable and has lots of different bikes from the novice to competitive and plenty of gear to go with.
Kick butts go out to Seamus helping me with my Chattanooga 70.3 IRONMAN bike wreck. Broken in four places, my elbow will heal and I appreciated his encouraging words about getting back in the "saddle." Luckily the bike and Zipp wheels were left with only a bent dérailleur hanger.
Simply the best bike shop....period. wouldn't go anywhere else.
