My son bought his first mountain bike here for several hundred dollars. They’ll tell you a bike will work for you when it truly won’t. Called back after riding for 20 minutes letting them know there were major problems, and told “all sales are final” and offered absolutely zero help. Terrible customer service experience.
These guys are awesome!I came in with two problems on my bike and they were able to fix them immediately. They were super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and just all-around great guys.
