Lisa was very professional and knowledgeable about everything. I got my eyebrows waxed and she "mapped" out exactly what she was doing so that I could see how they would look first to make sure it was what I wanted. I also had the dermaplane done. She explained everything that she was doing and answered all of my questions before and during my appointment. I have been a client at real skincare since it opened. Every appointment has been a wonderful experience. The facility is always clean and orderly. The owner, Lisa, is fabulous. She is very professional and knowledgeable. While always being friendly and helpful. She is great with communication, whether it be answering questions about the procedure or reaching out about scheduling issues. I will never go to another aesthetician ever!

The owner, Lisa, is kind, patient and upmost professional in all aspects., As someone who suffers from atopic dermatitis it is not always easy to let yourself be vulnerable but I have only had the best experiences in the last 3 years with waxing!!!
