Hey Bud , since you don’t respond to my call or emails . Why did you send me a $300 rent fee for August my lease ends on the 8th of the month.And you added a pet fee once again that you still haven’t refunded me for since I been living there . Very bad experience!!!!! It was a total nightmare leasing from this company.
Extremely bad mold problem plus black ants coming from the tub and sink areas where they refused to caulk for weeks. The attitude that the leasing manager has while he’s responding to the negative reviews “that are true” is the attitude he has when contacting him. No accountability and very unprofessional.
I would 10/10 not recommend renting from them. It has been an absolute nightmare renting from them from them losing our security deposit to never getting responses. As first time renters we definitely got taken advantage of and will not be renting from them again.
I normally don’t do reviews but this one is well needed. The owner Bud Ussery is the worse property manager I have dealt with. If you’re interested in any of their apartments, think twice. We have been having mold issues in the apartments in Avondale. It takes them weeks to fix any problems with the apartments. If you call the number provided you will not be able to reach anyone.
