Late fees are supposed to be $100. You all added a multitude of fees plus a $199 lease renewal fee. Explain this. My lease is illegitimate. Plus you changed it illegally.
I've tried calling multiple times and leaving messages, I've completed the online form and have not received any responses. I wanted to speak with someone about managing my property, but if communication is already this bad no thank you.
I was in the hospital most of November and had no way of paying my rent. I was charged a bunch of fees I have been calling for weeks. I finally text a leading manager and she has yet to agree to just let me pay my rent or not. I’ve also been threatened with eviction. I’m offering to pay my balance off without the fees seeing as I’ve been living here over 2 years and had never missed a payment. If I could give 0 starts I would.
