This is the slowest company to get back to you. They are unwilling to work with us due to my service dog. The realtor told me my dog was a type of breed they don't except. It's a German Shepard husky mix fully trained for my disabilities from serving in the military. Washington state law state that you cannot deny a service animal. It is considered an unfair practice to fail to reasonably accommodate a person with a disability who uses a trained dog guide or service animal. I've had nothing but good experiences with real property! They have always treated me with respect and courtesy. All my problems and complaints have been dealt with swiftness and care. I would definitely recommend real property to anyone!
This has been such a bad experience, I don't even know where to begin. False statements, innacurate status reporting, no physical evidence of issue being claimed by tenant. Lee actually stated reputation is more important than the truth in and email. Very sadly dissapointed and put in a very bad position because of this company. I am serving overseas and put my house in their hands to take care of it, and in one month time, total disaster. Buyer beware.
