I haven't seen such a disfunctual property management company. Would not schedule a final inspection with us. We just moved next door not like it would be that hard to schedule the final inspection or even ask us to fix some of the paint that they billed us and the owner for. They charged me for a new Hvac filter when I installed a new one the night I moved out.
