I agree with the Literal Slumlords post below. I moved in for a small room so I could teach at a local College. It was very uncomfortable and they had recurring problems with the light switches on the landing. After I fell down the stairs in the dark and got injured I had to move out. Turns out the building is zoned single family 3 bedroom and the attic is listed as unfinished in the property records. They knew about the code violations and rented it anyway!!! Literal slumlords. They take advantage of unassuming tenants and make profit off unreasonable charges after move-out. This is from my personal experience of being hit with a $1000 cleaning charge, despite the fact that I cleaned the house spotless. I have also spoken with multiple former RPM tenants, and they shared similar experiences. RPM uses and abuses you, and lacks any professionalism throughout the rental process. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM
They never answer their phones and are never in their office, they are always late responding to inquiries, customer service SUCKS, maintenance repairs are always delayed, and we had two inquiries never responded to during our lease term. They don’t care about their tenants. Once you sign the lease, you can never get a hold of anyone. Not military friendly!! I WOULD NOT recommend!!!!
It took 5 days before a response was provided. The property access didn't work (and I wasn't refunded) Their information was inaccurate and the approach impersonal. I believe they do a disservice to the property owners.
