So far RPM has been fantastic to work with- they were very responsive to questions and concerns as well as understanding about any extra deposits needed due to the current pandemic. We were able to secure the perfect home to rent so easily because of how well they are on top of everything.
After moving to the area from Las Vegas and then a week later in a pandemic lock-down, my husband and I were forced to conduct our rental search online and with drive-by viewings. However, we found a great house through RPM and Nate and Erica were excellent in working with us under such odd circumstances. The application process was easy and completed quickly and the communication from both of them was professional. I appreciate how well we were treated and would recommend them and RPM highly.
The worst experience that I have ever had for me and my family. Twice the sewage overflowed in our basement because they never fixed anything. Once that happened, they showed absolutely no urgency to clean it up. We had to live in filth for days. I would never ever associate myself with these people again.
RPM Pittsburgh is by far the best property management company I have been working with, and I have worked with a few. They are super professional, honest, reliable, and put the owner's interest on top of their priority, together with doing everything they can to keep tenants happy as well. They are proactive, doing a lot to avoid big problems in the future by performing different periodic maintenance actions, which eventually can save a lot of money to the owner.
