This is a warning to all potential tenants and owners...use RPM services at your own risk! This company is extremely unorganized, unreliable, unprofessional, and unresponsive (only when they want to be). Everything started off great, all seemed to be in order, we signed a 1 year lease. I have nothing but good things to say about RPM Group. The rented my home out quickly and I have the same tenants in my house for now 2 and a half years, they pay on time. The only thing is that my neighbor said sometimes they dont mow the lawn in time but I could hardly blame RPM for that, I do wish that they were a bit more strict with the tenants about that. Otherwise I love the service and staff and alway recommend them to people i know. Good job and thank you

My wife and I were moved to Naperville last year from the bay are since I took a job here, the process of moving states was very stressful but we found a great townhome to rent from RPM, after living here a year we were able to renew our lease for another term because we love the home and RPM has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Kudos to the home Owner for hiring them. Thank you to everyone at Real property management for making our life easy here.

I recently enrolled into RPM for their services about a year almost and it has been a pretty great relation thus far. I managed my own properties for three years before that but after realizing my time is worth a lot more than what I could pay someone do take care of my property better than me for a fraction of a cost it was a no brainer. Eventhough I only live 15miles and 25 miles away from my rental properties it is well worth having a professional landlord do it for you. RPM is the BEST! They have been great to work with. RPM has been managing my property for almost a year now and I have nothing but good things to say. Communication has been spot on, they take care of any issues immediately and with professionalism. I like their client portal as well

Fast and reliable service, very freindly staff to work with. I had some trouble with my tenants while self managing for two years. I switched over to RPM and they have been able to take care of things for me while I live 40 miles away from my rental property. I recommend calling them if you own a rental property.

MONEY GRAB!!!!! I PUT IN A APPLICATION FOR $90 DOLLARS TO RENT A TOWNHOUSE AT **** ***** **** *** ******** IL I AM SECTION 8 I PASSED ALL BACKGROUND CHECKS AND CREDIT CHECKS ,THEY SAID IT TAKES 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET RESULTS.
