Real Property Management Chicago Group is absolutely miss-leading its customers, owners and tenant. If you are a tenant, they will end up charging you monthly fees in addition to the $1000 non-refundable fee they charge upfront. This is not a security deposit, and they will still charge you fees after you move out. They also will charge you fees if you move-in, renew, move-out.
