We’ve lived at a townhome property near downtown Chicago managed by this company since October 2020. We thought we had not received a garbage tote and asked Doug, our representative at RPM to assist. I am currently a tenant at an apartment that leases through this company. When moving in, I was never given a property condition checklist, even though upon moving in the property was not in working order. I also did not receive enough keys for my roommates and I, so I had to get refunded for copying the keys. This process took 1 month. Glory, glory hallelija and amen! I finally got rid of RPM. Regret I did not do this a long time ago. Been with them since 2011 as an investment property owner. Over the years there were bumps in the road -- surprise charges taken out of rental income. Other surprise charges which appeared on the monthly statement from RPM which were over the and above the monthly flat fee.
