The worst rental experience on maintenance requests which are routinely ignored. Once they have your money the service is gone. I would not choose them to manage any properties of my own because they would lose me tenants for their poor customer service. Also they take a fee to do background checks and never do so or check references on prospective tenants. You’re much better off managing your property yourself to avoid lawsuits insurance claims and loss of income in my opinion.
