We have been renting a house in Ames for over 3 years, and as long as you don't need a Plumber, they have been pretty good. With some exceptions, they are responsive within 24 hours (despite the fact that you might not be able to get them on the phone), but in the last few weeks, we've had some plumbing problems. We called them a few weeks ago because our basement was flooding when we ran water. It was on a Sunday. They said that a plumber would reach out to us on Monday. Fine.
