We listed a townhouse "for sale by owner" with Kal at Real Estate Corners for a small up-front fee. This allowed our property to be listed on the MLSand automatically on websites like Zillow, etc. The process to list it with Kal was easy and we were able to update the listing with better pictures after our renters moved out. The ShowingTimeapp allowed buyer agents to set up showings online with text notification to us. Even in a slowing real estate market we got multiple offers.
