Great company to work with. Designed for 'For Sale by Owners" sellers. Nice menu of options to choose from, allows to to control expenses and how much involvement your want from REC. I worked with Kal Mansour, would definitely recommend him also. Good communicator, via Text/Email and calls, receptive to all and seems organized and able to stay on top of multiple items and tasks to keep the project moving forward.

Kal is as professional and knowledgable (if not more) than Realtors that charge much higher percentages. He always gives great advice and he even worked with us through an estate/probate sale with 10 signers! He did an amazing job.....we will always use him for every transaction we do!
