I just wanted to say how great the nurses are at Reagan Medical Center the Five Forks location. Kerry, Barbara and Nick were awesome. Even though the wait was long, the nurses were very quick and thorough, which made the wait time well worth it. I've been to this urgent care clinic before and didn't receive the best service; however, the staff that was working today made my experience wonderful. They owe me since October of 2013, and they keep refusing to give me my money back. Not trustworthy, shady business! Every time they say it'll be fixed in few days and nothing happens! Untrustworthy business. How can u trust your health with them when u cant even trust them with paying you back your over payments!
