my father was ask to do the ct in there. then they put long needle into my father blood vessel . hit two time , super painful , miss it two time, blame this . blame that . want to do thrid time i refuse let them to do the third time . super painfull. unprofessional .no skill ,long needle to hit blood vessel .miss two time , after visit them . my father went to hosipital . the doctor work at northside , said they try kill people , don.t bring your parent here , unprofessional . and no knowledge.
I have been going to Reagan for over 5 years and have always had a great experience with Dr. Poddar and Dr. Garcia and all the nurses have been extremely helpful when ever I needed a question answer d or anything I thank you all for your help Dean Wehde thanks again

Do not visit this establishment, they only want your money. Visit a reputable emergency clinic, there are many in the metro Gwinnett area.
Went for a problem Was seen by a PA who diagnosed my problem Infected Sebaceous Cyst. Asked me if i had any allergies told him (2 drugs in the Penicillin family). He sent in the prescription to Pharmacy. When I picked it up I read the precaution.tell your Doctor (or PA) if you are allergic to Penecillin! for the last 12 hours I am trying to contact a nurse, PA or Doctor I have left 3 messages & spoke with someone In complaints Twice in the last 3 hours who contacted we with another extension where I left another message!! I would give them a zero if I could. We waited in the parking lot for over 1 hour and never got to see a doctor. The PA and nurse were rude and only wanted to do a fast covid test so they could get paid. I bet they are charging everyone for the test and it is not needed in most cases. NEVER could see a DOCTOR !!. They should not be called a "Urgent Care" but rather "Slow Care". They are a disgrace to the medical profession. If you want to live ... GO TO ANOTHER FACILITY !!!! I was a patient at Reagan Medical for roughly 16 years I've never in my life been treated so badly at one place in all my life your appointments are never on time the Five Forks location isn't always nasty last month I complained because the month before I had a bunch of tests done on my fingers are swollen in the joints so bad that I can't bend my fingers last month I hoping they got my results back there was no results little irritated little pissed my finger still hurt the doctor doesn't care only thing she cares about is... read more
Thank you all at RMC , Lawrenceville location. Every time I come I’m treated with up most kindness and respect. All the front desk ladies are always helpful and nice, friendly to me. I only have good things to say about this location.. All the Nursing staff have always greeted me, smiling, and they care .
