Terrible service. Billing is always off!! They charged me a $20 late fee for a $15.09 monthly rental as my card on auto-pay expired. I got NO alert that my payment didn't go through, just a 150% charge added to the bill. Better to die of thirst then to be exploited by this terrible greedy draconian company.
