The good thing about it was that we have fresh and hot water instantly. But you should read the Terms & Conditions there is a fee in case you have a dispenser that they do not tell you when they knock at your door to offer the service. The first time when I called customer service the guy was rude, the second time the guy was new it took me a while to get answers Last time I have to pay extra.
I will never again do business with this company. They are the worst for two years during Covid they failed over and over to make the deliveries, no one would answer the phones or emails. Now they want to send my account to collections for the dispenser because I did not order any water for several months did not need any !! Now I have canceled my account and requested the dispenser be picked up, the man that answered the call in the call center didn't even say once that he was sorry to see me close my account I also request... read more

Appallingly bad service. Doesn't deliver water when scheduled, makes you wait on hold for 30 minutes to talk to someone in India to find out what is going on. Horrible service, horribly communication, and raises rates virtually every month by tacking on some new fee. TERRIBLE
This is the absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with. They charge me for deliveries that were not made, they don't answer the phone. You can not talk to a real person. They don't answer your concerns in emails. It took me 3 months to finally cancel my order. Then they charged me over $80 for refurbishing the dispenser when the finally picked it up with the 11 empty bottles. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE! Vicki W. Texas
Stay away!!!!! Terrible service, no communication, missed deliveries, consistently raising prices. - one of my worst experiences ever with a company!!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this headache waiting to happen.
