True claim, #LMF24100, REF 21743 I've given the manf and wholesaler over a year notice of defective product and then waiting months for an inspector. While Inspector could say little personally (report would define his findings), inspector says many floor panels look bad but he needs to determine if the wood is defective. The Claim is that the finish comes off not splitting or delaminated wood. So if there is a common manf % defect, thats fine for production but you dont put defective product in a customers home.
