So unbelievably thankful for the genius that fixed my iPhone! I had previously brought it to a different repair store and they told me it was not fixable. I had experienced total devastation with the loss of all of my data especially pics/vids of my new baby. Giving it a relunctant second try, I dropped my iPhone off at Retech and within a couple of hours, they not only fixed my phone but they did so without any data being lost! I pretty much shed tears of joy & wanted to kiss the guy who fixed it!
At the end of the day it's a good place if your a customer , but they treat there employes poorly. What was tully's favorite saying " Monkey's could do this "
Great staff and quick service. Dropped my phone in a pool and staff brought it back to life. Very knowledgeable and willing to work with outside companies, Verizon for me.

THEY STOLE MY SD CARD!! N THEN LIED ABOUT IT SAYING THERE WASNT ONE IN THERE! imagine everything in your phone being stolen! That had personal photos, private bank information and much more! Im calling the police and my attorney!! They tried to say that the sd card was on the work order? Well I have a copy and it is def not on there.
