I had the best experience at Re tech here in Gainesville! The people were super helpful with something that I had been trying to solved for about 2 years it seems like. I highly recommend them! :)
Worst experience ever in this place. My phone worked when I walked in. All I wanted to do was see how much they were willing to pay me for it. 45 minutes later I walked out with a broken phone. They pretty much told me it was my fault and the phone was broken already. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Because not only did they call me a liar they did it in front of about 12 to 10 people. I walked with a broken phone and not once did they say they were sorry.
These guys are great! Cracked screen replaced in an hour and 1 year warranty! At the Jacksonville location!!!!
Excellent service! No wait because there was plenty of staff available to assist everyone! They fixed my phone in 5 minutes- free of charge! Nice clean, inviting showroom! Great customer service! Thank you!

I dropped my iPhone 5s in the toilet for a few seconds and was convinced everything was ruined. Brought it to retech and $50 later it's working faster than it was previous to the accident. Friendly, affordable, and their services actually work! Was skeptical at first because I've never had an iPhone repaired, only replaced but they've earned my trust! Highly recommend.
