RecommendedAnthony and Jose recovered all of my documents after they were lost when I updated to Windows 10. It took them five minutes. I went to Re-Tech after Geek Squad at Best Buy had my laptop for four days and couldn’t recover docs. They said they could send it out but might cost between $300 and $500. Re-Tech didn’t charge me at all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND RE TECH!!! The geeks from Best Buy that worked on my computer should be ousted from the squad!
they're very friendly and professional and very knowledgeable. I brought him my essentials ph1 phone with a cracked LCD screen. even without any knowledge of my phone they were able to repair it. I highly recommend them.
I recently had my phone repaired here. They were professional and efficient. I was in and out in just over 30 minutes. Mary was especially kind and helpful.
This place is amazing. Honest and courteous staff! I’ve gone in 3 times now for help. Today was the most recent. They took my MacBook with a janky screen to check it out and it ended up being something minor, so they fixed it... FOR FREE. While waiting a woman next to me was requesting service on her phone and the tech referred her to another place because he knew it would be less expensive there. So far I am happy with Re-Tech. They replaced the screen on my IPhone 6s about 2 months ago. I was having problems with the new screen being a little too sensitive. They replaced the screen in about an hour, no charge! So far, so good, keeping my fi gets crossed.
I was in total panic mode with my phone this evening. Garrett was extremely helpful and went above and beyond ! Best customer service I have had in a long time.
Went to Re-Tech at the Butler Plaza location to get the battery replaced on my Galaxy S6. (It has a non-removable battery.) I came in told them what needed to be done, they took it back, and I was using it again within an hour. The battery is working amazingly now! Thank you Re-Tech! Will definitely be going here for all of my future repairs and will be suggesting you to friends and family members. �
I would not recommend this place to ANYONE! Buyers and sellers beware! They make people wait for hours and have very very poor customer service. I don't see how they have business. I was told to wait for my friends phone to get an estimate on her selling it as is so we waited 3 hours when we came back the guy had the Iphone in two pieces. Why in the world do you feel the need to take the phone apart just to tell us what the "store credit" could be.
