Been trying to look at a house for 3 weeks with no response. I fill sorry for the sellers because we was going to offer cash. After we seen the reviews I think we will go elsewhere.
NO ONE BUY THIS HOUSE!!! 200 Hawthorn St , Birmingham, AL 35242. This house is covered in mold and caused our family so many health issues. It also has a major tree rat infestation. I have all documents to prove this from licensed professionals. Jarod, Jill and Donna Sinclair are liars and leased this home to us, knowing the dangerous amounts of mold this house contains.
