Janeen was so helpful to me while looking for a house...It was actually fun but professional and any questions I had, she took the time to get me answers.
Sam is a professional. He worked hard for me during a recent home purchase. Sam kept my best interests in mind and did what he said he would do. I would recommend Sam to anyone purchasing a house.
His work ethic was less than desirable when leaving the Agency to ReMax. Also he was hard to get ahold of and he seemed to have difficulty returning phone calls, emails and texts which just added stress to an already stressful situation. Not to mention all the broken promises on a personal level. I wouldn't recommend him nor will I use him in the future.
In addition to the traits I would expect from a top-notch agent such as Sam (ie excellent communication habits, deep knowledge of the business), Sam also brings the perspective of an investor, which I greatly appreciate. In addition, he has a network of contractors and other connections that have benefited me greatly. To top it off, Sam's a great guy. Highly recommend!
I met Sam when he sold the home next door to mine. I chose him to sell my home because he knew the local market and was very motivated. He is focused and attentive. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
The sale of our home couldn't have been better. Evan was always available to answer our many questions and reassure us. He is very thoughtful and professional. We were very nervous about the process and he was always one step ahead ready for the next hurdle. We do and will recommend him to our friends and family. He is a great realtor and friend. Excellent communication, prompt answers to all calls and questions. Did not 'forget' me after sale. Would recommend again. Evan also assisted my daughter and soninlaw 2017 Spring with their first home buy.
