Having Jeff by our side was such a huge advantage for us. A kind, friendly gentleman who is very knowledgeable. Not only does he not mind answering all of our concerns and questions but he would also immediately get on top of things as soon as we asked him for help. I took James all over the great state of Texas on my property hunt. He showed up without a complaint and always with a smile! Heck, the house I wound up buying came on the market at 1PM, I saw it at 2PM and he scheduled our showing for 3PM. We made an offer the same day! He stayed on top of the closing, he negotiated a new roof and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He's truly the best in the business, anyone would be lucky to work with him.

Due to some personal life changes and loss of a family member, we decided to delist our home in Sherman. Brittany completely understood added no pressure or guilt and is just a real pro! We will without a doubt use her again when and if the need arises to sell and/or buy.

I have used several realtors throughout my career life and personal life and James’ level of care for the client and knowledge in the industry are far superior to that of most and he exceeded my expectations and trust. His attentive and calm nature, but yet perseverance, helped maintain peace and stability and yet “calmed the beast” if you will, when it came to navigating through contracts, inspections and closing processes’. I appreciated that! I would highly recommend and use James again if given the opportunity.
We listed our home with Evan and we closed on that house within a week of purchasing a new home. Really good timing with all that was involved. Best buying (and selling) experience ever! Evan is very good at what he does. He's our go-to realtor!

I feel very fortunate to have stumbled across Billy's contact info when looking for a realtor to list our property. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. He even offered to spend some of his own time to do a few things to give the property more "curb appeal". The property sold quickly and closing went smoothly as well.
