Super nice and friendly! He is honest and always made sure a potential house was in the right price range, if it would be approved through FHA, and always double checked with me to make sure I would be comfortable with the mortgage price. He stayed in contact frequently, and if he wasn't available he was always able to have another agent show a house if there were time constraints. This review pertains to Danielle Willard at this office. After exchanging emails with Danielle we set up an appointment to tour two properties in the same complex. I fully planned on proceeding with a lease after this. I arrived on time and called her cell and it went to voice mail. l left message. Waited 30 more minutes and then emailed her and finally gave up and went home. Complete waste of my time. 5 days later and I still have never received any more contact from her, completely ghosted. I feel sorry anyone that uses th... read more

He was able to remain optimistic about selling the property while keeping our expectations realistic. His suggestions about what improvements needed were helpful and he was able to give us some good contractors to work with. I would recommend him completely.
