I closed a transaction recently with Patty, in which she had a very difficult seller-the worst I've ever experienced in 22 years of real estate. It took a lot of professionalism and determination to close the transaction due to the level of insanity we dealt with with this seller. I was impressed with Patty's patience, professionalism, and teamwork during this difficult transaction and would not hesitate to refer a client to her in the future if I was unable to help them.
The end result was great. HOWEVER, working with Patty Luther- not so much. Beware, that if she's your agent- she owns you. She will dictate scheduling upon everyone else's schedule. She has no regard for ppl she represents. She will lie and manipulate to get what she wants. She will make "suggestions" to get paid for referrals. She will also, lecture, give marital advice and judge you- if you can't meet her demands, due to Dr's Appointments, Birthday Parties or anything that involves a private life.
