My family and I recently decided to relocate from another state back to our hometown. We had a limited amount of time to find a house, make an offer, and close. Great guy, but unless you are looking for 100G+ home his helpfulness is useless! REMAX I guess hahaha. I would not suggest Austin to anyone looking for anything less than at least 50,000. He pointed me to a 25,000 dollar house that was move in ready, but it was in a very bad area of Muncie. I was looking at a great asset in Muncie with a basement the same size as the house and got denied by his home loan agent over 10,000 dollars even though I had cash in hand, but wanted the bank to finance me money to fix the place. Kris, Thank you for your review. I want you to know that I have helped multiple buyers for less than 50,000.00 dollars. Two of my reviews came from buyers who bought a home for less than that amount. I believe your issue was not being able to get financed. It is very difficult to buy a home for 25,000.00 dollars when you have 10,000.00 dollars. Austin worked very hard to get my condo sold. He made many phone calls reaching out to anyone who showed the slightest interest of buying my home. He advertised in the Homes magazine, newspaper, and online. He was always available to answer any and all questions. Very pleasant and professional attitude.
Mr. Rich is very well organized and well educated with the local real estate market. We were very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and his marketing expertise. Mr. Rich put our mind at ease and made selling our home, a stress free experience. The entire process was great and we will highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying or selling a home.
Rebekah Hanna is an incredible Realtor…I’m quite sure she is best in the state! She is very knowledgeable and competent…and knows exactly what needs to be done! She goes the extra mile…and whether she is selling your house or helping you purchase, she makes it happen…down to the smallest detail! If you want a Realtor who really cares and puts her all into what she does, I would highly recommend Rebekah! Don’t settle for less!
She really works hard for her clients- almost like her days have 28 hours while everyone else has only about 24. I bought some land using her as a broker and no joke she arranged a thorough inspection of the location and even helped me get to know my potential neighbors. She gets the deal done! If you call Rebekah you best start packing (your bags)
