TINA DID EVERYTHING RIGHT OT HELP US PURCHASE OUR HOME IN CREEKSIDE WHILE WE WERE IN FLORIDA. DID NOT GET MUCH HELP FROM THE LISTING AGENT, SHE GOT THE BY-LAWS OF THE ASSOCIATION FOR US AND THE LATEST LANDSCAPING MAP. WE ALSO NEEDED AN INVISIBLE FENCE AND SHE HELPED GET THIS ACCOMPLISHED. Austin did a quick and wonderful job selling our house. We couldn't of been more pleased!! We had listed our house a couple of years ago and we had no leads or interests but Austin listed and it and had an open house right away. During the first open house , we got an offer and sold our house!

I recently worked with Patrick on the sale of a home in Muncie. The arrangement was complicated in that I live out of state and was coordinating the sale for family members who live in yet another state. Patrick was excellent in handling the many details of preparing the home for sale and in negotiating the final deal. On many occasions he went over and above what I expected an agent to do and, in the end, he made a better deal than we were expecting. I would absolutely recommend Patrick to anyone needing a top notch agent.
Austin was great to work with. He took the time to talk with us and explain the entire process without making us feel dumb. I would recommend Austin to anybody.
