Michelle is a rude and nasty agent. I reach out inquiring about a lot, she responded in a very rude manner. Once I called her out on her behavior she blamed her behavior on the fact that it’s Sunday and she has her grandkids. That’s not an excuse to be nasty. She could have responded when it was a better time. This isn’t a good representation for her customer.
