My wife and I have had a very bad experience with this Remax group. Our agent did very little to nothing to aid in the home buying process. We found all the houses that we looked at on our own. The agent never sent even one home for us to look at. In the end our agent failed to let the listing agent know what the intended closing date was, and the sellers went on vacation! Mr. Kirby. So sorry that you had an experience that did not meet your expectation. Fortunately the home did close within the time prescribed in the purchase contract and you were able to move in early (at closing). Unfortunately when the loan approval was obtained late in the day on September 18th there wasn't time for them to assemble the documents and close by 5 PM on the 19th, prior to the seller leaving for vacation.
